My Secret Garden Tea: Discover your secret garden, and everyone will. You can take home your beautiful Secret Garden, which will be revealed at the end of the program. It requires no maintenance, and everyone has room for it, so no worries. We also added a packet of flower seeds to help you start a garden. This program offers many surprises, play tea time bingo, and take home selected gifts. This event offers a complimentary True English Tea, with all the trimmings. We feature two Secret Garden Teas open to the public by ticket sales; upcoming dates will be listed soon. A fun night of games, ghouls, and ghosts. Featuring good fun-loving folks, enjoying a great theme,  to celebrate fall and Halloween!

A fun evening where you will eat, drink, and put on a black hat you will groom, A frightful new 13 Days of Halloween, we will attempt to croon. 

You can wear your favorite Costume, but it is not required. A gift certificate will be awarded to the one most admired!

The Country Christmas Barn and Tea, Treats, & Treasure Room’s Fun Tour Programs

Have an enjoyable shopping day here at the barn. Our prices are great, and we offer ways to save even more from 10 to 70% off retail. Use cash and save!  However, we take all major credit cards.  Please take advantage of our fun day programs. Yes, you can come and shop, but we offer more if you like to make the day special. We have listed our fun and educational programs.  Most of our programs come with menu choices at no extra cost, yes, that is right, the food is free! Our Tea Room is reserved for your group of a Minimum of 10 up to 28 or 30. Some programs require a little extra room.  Are you ready to select a Spring / Summer Program? Then you can move on to a Fall, Halloween, or Thanksgiving Program for your second visit and wrap the year up for your third at Christmas time. The programs, the room décor, and even the China all change with the season so it always looks different each time you come.

SAVE MORE Choose 1 or 2 programs, but when you schedule one for each season, a total of 3 for your group, you receive special discounts as a VIP Group. Your tea room Rental is deducted by 10% on your second and third visits per year. Please make your Reservation as soon as possible. We have sold out the last two years and hate turning folks away. Call 614 554 1609. Rental Days are Monday through Thursday. Special Bookings can be booked on some Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Mystery Shopping Trip and /or A Day in the  Country

1. A   Mystery Shopping or Just Come and Shop. 

If you want to make this outing a bit of a mystery just for fun and surprise your group, this may be for you. Your group will not know the destination! They only know that it’s a shopping trip, advise them that cash may be helpful. They will receive special discounts and enjoy shopping or relaxing on the porch. The Tea Room is closed for this selection.

1. B  Day in the Country Shopping and Dessert.

If your group opts out of lunch and comes for an afternoon of shopping at The Country Christmas Barn, however, they might enjoy topping it off with Dessert and Coffee or Tea. NO PROBLEM!

We will serve them a dessert plate with two or three full-size desserts, coffee, or tea.  No program is offered with this option.   The price is $12.00 pp.  Yes, we have buffalo across the road, so hopefully, they will be out on your visit.

#2. Red, White, & Blue 250th Celebration

We are adding a special event to our schedule this year. May through Labor Day SIGN UP FOR an afternoon to celebrate the RED, WHITE, AND BLUE 250TH BIRTHDAY OF THE USA! We have so many commemorative items to choose from and to cherish throughout the coming years. Schedule a day of patriotic games, memorabilia, and receive keepsakes, prizes, and be part of our time capsule. Select your date and enjoy a complimentary Celebration Red, White, and Blue Tea done American-Style for large groups of thirty or more. You may choose from the Tea or a Country Buffet! #3 Mystery At The Barn

Assume the role of a Private Eye for an engaging afternoon.

If you love that famous Mystery Game we all grew up playing, you are going to love this. This is a Fall event. Schedule Shopping Day,  pick a complimentary Lunch or Tea, and solve the mystery of Mr. Farmer's demise.  The winning Sleuths take home a special gift. 

 # 4. Spring and Summer Flings! Lunch Time Bingo! 

Have a great time playing Tea Room Bingo. It is Tea Room Bingo with all the cards and images relating to Tea Rooms: Win and take-home prizes. We will add another fun game: “Pin the teacup under the pouring teapot”!  Of course, they will do this while blindfolded, sure to fill the room with laughter. Room Reservations are $19.95 per seating. Wheelchairs are not excluded from the seating / rental price.   A Lunch Menu is included Free

You will not go away hungry, you most likely will go away with a box of goodies. Room rental and program fee is $26.99 per seating, Wheelchairs are not excluded.

# 6. The Language of Flowers Tea

The Chinese developed this art over 3000 years ago. It then spread through many cultures and continues today. It became extremely popular in the 1890s during Queen Victoria's reign.

The Language of Flowers Dictionary was part of almost every household. Messengers were sent to deliver these unique flowers with a message. They were many times presented in beautiful gold and enamel holders known as Tussie Mussies.

Every Flower, Plant, and Herb has a meaning.  When you choose this program, we will make a Tussie Mussie with each attendee's Flower of their birth month. It will include information on their birth month, and they will learn about other meanings. Did you know each person's name has a flower to represent it? The day and the year you were born also have flowers.

The Director of Activities will need to obtain each attendee's Birth month and present the list to us a week before your visit. This program takes about 30 extra minutes. The room and the Program fee are 24.95 per seating, served with a Complimentary True English Tea and all the trimmings. .

Hey, Our Tea Parties are for the Gentlemen, too. They come and are delighted to see how much food they get! We have programs they enjoy, and many of our prizes have been selected with the guys in mind. We have Tabletop and Competition-Size Corn Hole games for them to enjoy. Our large porch has game tables for cards and checkers, all ready to go or relax in one of our comfy Rocking Chairs

We have games for any season and any reason. Select a Game Day Program with your Shopping Tour, and we will round up the prizes for the winners. Choose from some of the following.

Tea Trivia, Create Words from a Title, and Let’s Remember Games

A Trivia game based on the knowledge of Tea.  The winners may select from Tea Trays filled with Prizes.  Or we pick titles for you to create as many words as you can in five minutes. The program fee is $19.95 pp.

We add a complimentary Luncheon Tea.

# 9.  Fall, Halloween, and Thanksgiving, we have something different.

Your Spring or Summer Visit is now in the past; it is time to experience the change of a season with us. The Room Turns Orange with the Fall colors and the crisp smell of Apple Cider, Cinnamon, and the aroma of Pumpkin Pie Spice. The following programs are served with a Complimentary Lunch or Tea.

Craft Making:  You can choose Craft Making as part of your Shopping Trip

Primitive Country Star is made from wood, already cut out to make it faster and easier. You do the rest with supplies and instructions from us, so it goes seamlessly and quickly and is ready for you to take home.
